HRM, Abe 1, Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom

The governor of Delta State, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has lauded HRM Dr Emmanuel Ekemejewa Sideso JP OON Abe 1, the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom over the peace and development in Uvwie Kingdom.
This was contained in the governor ‘ s congratulatory message to the traditional ruler on his 15th coronation anniversary dated 29th March 2023.

The message read impact: ” I note with delight that your reign has been characterised by faithful stewardship, strong, leadership and unwavering commitment to peaceful coexistence of the various ethnic nationalities that live in your kingdom, resulting in peace and development.
” It is my prayer that the celebration of this landmark event will usher in a new phase of growth and prosperity in all spheres of human endeavours in your domain.

The Secretary of Ogwedion ( traditional council ) of Uvwie Kingdom Dr ( Chief ) Jimoh Samuel Eshanake JP and a respected palace chief, Chief Sunny Popo who spoke to our correspondent on Governor Okowa ‘ s congratulatory message lauded Governor Okowa for his love for Uvwie Kingdom and regards for traditional rulers.
