The accidented vehicle

A gold colour jeep loaded with suspected large quantity of illegally refined diesel rammed into a commercial bank, opposite God’s Kingdom Society, Warri and somersaulted in the process in the wee hours of Wednesday 25th May, 2022.
Major parts of the fence of the said commercial bank were badly damaged by the accident .
However no life was lost at as the time of filing this report.
The ill fated jeep and its consignment have not been removed when newsmen arrived the scene of the accident.
The cause of the accident was not immediately known.
However some eye witnesses alleged that the driver of the vehicle was on the hot chase of the police when he rammed into the fence of the said commercial bank.
In a related development, an agbo ( local herbs ) seller simply identified as Shade was alleged to have been knocked down by some suspected cyber fraudsters otherwise known as yahoo boys along the busy Effurun /Sapele Road in the morning of Monday 23rd May, 2022.
It was also alleged that the police was on the hot chase of the yahoo boys when the accident occurred.
It was also gathered that the yahoo boys escaped unhurt.
It was gathered furthered that the agbo seller did not die but however sustained serious injuries in her mouth and in one of her legs.
When the Police Public Relations Officer , Delta State Police Command Asaba , DSP Bright Edafe was contacted for confirmation of the two stories, he vehemently denied police involvement in the accident of the jeep .
He however did not confirm the accident involving the suspected yahoo boys and agbo seller .
