Proprietress of Shamar School , Enerhen Uvwie Local Government Area, Dr ( Mrs ) Onyi Ikemefuna , has remarked that HRM Dr Emmanuel Ekemejewa Sideso( JP )OON Abe 1 the Ovie of Kingdom is a blessing to indigenes and non indigenes in Uvwie kingdom.

The renowned educationist cum philanthropist who celebrated her birthday and marriage anniversary with her husband Greg Ikemefuna , an engineer on Monday 17th April , 2023 stated that the Uvwie monarch has positively affected the lives of indigenes and non indigenes in Uvwie Kingdom since he ascended the throne 15 years ago.
She cited the award of scholarships, chieftaincy titles to indigenes and non indigenes, and appointment of nonidigenes in Uvwie Security Committee to substantiate her claim .
The renowned counselor stated that the traditional ruler has been particularly good to their family.
While congratulating Abe 1 , she prayed for more blessings for the Uvwie monarch.

She received a special royal birthday anniversary blessings from the highly esteemed traditional ruler during the Uvwie quize competition for primary and secondary schools in Uvwie Local Government Area at the PTI Conference Centre, Effurun.
Meanwhile , the Ikemefunas donated food and wrappers to aged women in Ekpan and Enerhen communities as well offset hospital bills of less privileged patients .
They also visited ophanage and old peoples homes and donated similar items to beneficiaries to mark the birthday and wedding anniversary celebrations.
