An opinion leader from Ofuoma oil producing community, ( Afiesere oilfield) in OML30, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State, Mr. Chris Eriyamremu has lauded the appointment of Mr. Adogbeji Oseragbaje, as new Chief Executive Officer, Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited HEOSL, operators of OML30 Assets Joint Ventures.
Eriyamremu, a Media Consultant and Peace Mediator who gave the commendation on Monday at Ofuoma, said the appointment of Oseragbaje to oversee the operations of Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited in OML30, Delta State, was timely and commendable.
” In my opinion, Heritage Oil Plc has made a very right decision by appointing a Nigerian, an indigene, Mr. Adogbeji Oseragbaje as the new Chief Executive Officer, Heritage Energy Operational Services Limited in OML30, and, the expectations are high in OML30.”
The community leader expressed optimism that Oseragbaje’s wealth of experience will be an advantage to both the JV partners, HEOSL and the 112 host communities in OML30.
He appealed to the new HEOSL’s boss to prioritize the strengthening of company-community partnership, welfare of community workers and development of host communities to sustain the enabling environment for operations.
Adogbeji Oseragbaje, is also the Chief Executive Officer, Heritage Oil PLC, UK.
