Super Eagles coach Eric Chelle is “working silently and will not grant any media interviews until after the two all-important 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe in March.
A source close to the coach disclosed that all the focus now is to win both games to get Nigeria’s faltering World Cup qualifying campaign back on track.
Eric has received requests from some of the major international media organisations around the world, but he has politely declined because he wishes to concentrate on winning those two matches.
“He is working virtually with his personal staff as well as top NFF officials to ensure the Super Eagles win their first two matches in the qualifiers.”
The Super Eagles are in a situation of not qualifying for next year’s World Cup as they rock second bottom of their qualifying group with three points from four matches.
