The Unuevworo ( the traditional mouth piece) of Etche R ‘ Oriokpor ( traditional administrative unit ) in Uvwie Kingdom, High Chief Victor Otomiewo , a legal luminary has stated that the emergence of HRM Dr Emmanuel Ekemejewa Sideso JP OON Abe 1 as the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom was divine.
Otomiewo who was a former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice , Delta State made the remark when the said traditional administrative unit played host to the highly esteemed traditional ruler at his Ekpan Uvwie Local Government Area residence, yesterday, Thursday 6th April, 2023 .

He attested that since the emergence of Abe 1, Uvwie Kingdom has been witnessing a lot of positive developments among which was the creation of a judicial division in Uvwie Local Government Area with the establishment of new five high courts in the nearest future.
The Uvwie high chief also hailed Abe 1 for the creation of new traditional administrative units as he noted that the creation of the new etches was an irreversible legacy.

Otomiewo was also full of praises for the Uvwie monarch for his relentless effort in reclaiming Uvwie lands that were allegedly illegally occupied by the Nigerian Army in Uvwie areas of Effurun and Ohorie.
He however bitterly noted that the efforts of the traditional ruler was allegedly been thwarted by some prominent Uvwie indigenes.
The epoc making event was spiced with cultural dances as some physically challenged persons gave a good account of themselves to the admiration of the visiting Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom and other guests.
A prominent indigene of Etche R Oriokpor, Hon David Enanure who spoke to newsmen expressed appreciation to God for the huge success of the event.

He also attested that the emergence of Abe 1 has been a blessing to Uvwie Kingdom.
