Achievements in office: Okowa’s aide, Ukuwere lauds Uvwie Council boss, Onoyake, others

A Senior Special Assistant( SSA) to Governor Okowa on Community Development, Chief Austin Tivere Ukuwrere has lauded the Chairman of Uvwie Local Government Council Hon Ransom Tega Onoyake, the Commissioner for Water Resources, Delta State , Chief Evelyn Oboro and the member representing Uvwie Constituency at the Delta State House of Assembly, Chief Solomon Ighrakpata for their achievements in their respective offices so far .

Ukuwrere, who is the immediate past President General of Uvwie General Improvement Union UGIU made the commendation in a media interaction with journalists in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area on Monday, 11th April, 2022.

He hailed Hon Onoyake for the relative peace and security in Uvwie Local Government Area and for his efforts in keeping the area clean.

Ukuwrere commended Chief Evelyn Oboro for her developmental strides in the water resources ministry just as he noted that she recorded a lot of achievements as member representing Sapele/ Okpe / Uvwie Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives.

Ukuwrere gave Chief Solomon Ighrakpata a pat on the back for his adequate representation of Uvwie at the state house of assembly and noted that the trio have paid their dues as far as politics is concern.

He therefore called for the support of the people of Sapele Okpe Uvwie Federal Constituency for Chief Oboro who was vying for the Federal House of Representatives seat in 2023 under the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP).

In the same vein, Ukuwrere solicited for the support of Uvwie people for Chief Ighrakpata who was gunning for seat again in 2023 under the PDP .

The SSA to Governor Okowa on Community Development noted that both Chief Oboro and Chief Ighrakpata were trusted and tested , therefore deserve all the support in their political ambitions
