Chief Government Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo

President Bola Tinubu has been called upon to honour the Chairman of Tantita security services, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo alias Tompolo with a national merit award.

The call was made by the traditional ruler of Idherhe kingdom, HRM King Monday Arthur Whiskey, Idurhie 1; Sunday, December 1 while fielding questions from journalists in his palace.
The Monarch gave three reasons why he considered Tompolo fit for the national award: the ability of his security services to boost oil production from 1mbpd to 1.8mbpd. He said the additional 800,000bpd to the hitherto one million production capacity was no mean fete but an effort that deserved recognition and salutation.
The second reason the Monarch advanced was the restoration of the aquatic environment to its natural habitat.
According to him, before Tantita Security Services took contract of protecting oil pipelines and facilities in parts of the Niger Delta region, the water surface was covered with thick effluents of crude resulting from pipeline vandalisation, bunkering and outright economic sabotage but with the entry of Tompolo to the industrial space those criminal activities have been reduced to minimum level with resultant improvement on the ecosystem, a rich fiona and fauna acquatic life that now also has positive impact on the economy of locals raising their per capital and standard of living.

King Monday Whiskey said Tantita Security Services has provided employment for a good number of youths in the region who hitherto roamed the streets and hence has put food on the tables of many families.
The king observed a significant level of peace, tranquility and economic surge in the areas where Tantita Security Services operate leading to the boost of oil production to 1.8mbd with a possible target of 2mbd in the nearest future.
He said Tompolo has single handedly borne the risk of confronting oils cabals that had been involved in stealing and Sabotaging the nation’s economy through organized oil theft and for that courage and bravado he deserved a national award.

It would be recalled that Chief Government Ekpemupolo lately accused some men of the Niceria Navy Of hostilities to operatives of Tantita security services in the course of ensuring safety of oil pipelines and facilities in the region.
In the light of the above, King Whiskey advocated for an expansion of the scope of contract awarded to Tantita Security Services to enable a larger area of the Niger Delta region enjoy the dividends of Tompolo’s patriotism to Nigeria.
