The Inspector-General of Police, Usman Alkali has approved the redeployment of DIG Hafiz Inuwa, to head the Department of Logistics and Supply, while DIGs Bala Ciroma, and Emeka Frank Mba, to head the Department of Training and Development and the Department of Research and Planning respectively, with immediate effect.

A statement by the force indicates that the IGP has also approved the posting and redeployment of seventeen (17) Assistant Inspectors-General of Police to various commands and formations, including Abubakar Lawal-AIG Zone 10 Sokotoa andOkon Okon Effiong-AIG FCID Annex Kaduna – among others.

Meanwhile, IGP ALKALI BABA has, charged the Senior Police Officers to continue to entrench professionalism and respect for the rights of citizens in their new places of assignment.
