Amidst plethora of challenges encountered in the acquisition of property, Clients’ interest is guaranteed in the real Estate industry, investing with the Prince Builders and Developers.
Eric Enahoro Ailemen, General Manager of the establishment in an interview with Journalists in Benin, made the assertion while speaking on the real Estate industry as it affects the people.
The Prince Builders and Estate Developers as the name connotes; is out to positively change the face of the real Estate business in relation to the interests of buyers in Edo State, he asserts.
Hence, the model of an open land Estate in which the buyer is not restricted to a particular building pattern is deployed, in its operations, Ailemen said.
Open Land Estate accommodates people of all class, he stated adding; this is to encourage everyone including the low income earner to build his or her own home.
He noted, in Edo State, growth of the real Estate industry is hampered by incessant activities of land grabbers; a scourge his establishment protects clients against.
The buyer is wholly protected against the risk of not being able to find his or her plot after payment as there is a data base of all transactions for reference.
This is as the establishment carry on its shoulder, all the challenges therein, Ailemen assured.
The real Estate agent should be able to save the buyer/client from the frequent rigorous process of acquiring a property in Benin, which is what the Prince Builders does, he said.
Asserting, that doing business with the Prince Builders is a way to financial freedom for the client, as it is a win-win for everyone.
There is an instalmental payment schedule for buyers during which they are permitted to begin building even before payment is complete, he added.
Also, there is in place what he termed: ‘land banking’ for clients who buy in bulk.
“When value of the land appreciate and the client wants to sell, we help to dispose, and pay you the cash.
“Land banking is converting land to cash, and converting cash to land.”
Ailemen declared: “Our aim in the real Estate business is to ensure a better Edo State.”
