The year 2024 is a year of blessing and any one who crosses into the New Year will prosper.
Prophet Alex Ayerota, General Overseer of Jesus Glory Church along Patani Road, Ughelli gave the assurance during a sermon he presented last Sunday at the Church’s healing ground.
He reassured those who had suffered one kind of deprivation or the other before year 2023 ending of hope and abundance of prosperity in the coming year saying, “If they had stopped you before no power or manipulation can stop you next yer. If you couldn’t count millions this year next year you will count millions. Your case is settled.”He told the congregants.
He was pained that some people out of disillusionment have decided to no longer serve God because it takes God too long to salvage situations and in some cases opt for suicide to escape the harsh and seemingly hopeless economic situation they found themselves.
“Some persons have suicidal urge because of failure to accomplish their set goals for the year 2023, you are deceiving yourself. Despair no more. Wait and let the will and time of God work in your life.”
He prayed for all those with such suicidal drives to jettison the evil thought and wait for God.
He encouraged the congregants to be assured of God’s providence to enable them enjoy the Yuletide to the full and astonishment of their enemies.
He cautioned against disobedience against prophecy as revealed by the Holy Spirit recalling a man whom he told, by prophecy, that he needed to go to his family compound to cover a grave prepared for him before the Xmas but he disobeyed. But just today, eve of the Xmas day at about 1am he was being rushed to Oghara Teaching Hospital to save his life.
